Dr. Atul Upadhyay

PhD, FMCA, MBA

Founder · Food scientist · Formulation lead

Dr. Upadhyay brings two decades of food-science experience spanning functional food development, natural-product research, nutrition security, food fortification, and food safety across Nepal and Asia.

His research journey includes work on Okinawan metabolites at Kagoshima University in Japan and postdoctoral research in functional food development at the University of Antwerp in Belgium.
